The main goal of this conference is to build on the successes of the first one by highlighting the most important areas of recent Research & Development as well as exploring relevant topics that will be the most interesting for the future. It is also aimed to provide accurate and updated scientific information on the discipline of food and nutrition through the 21st century.

     This conference will provide a forum for exchange of ideas and authoritative views by leading scientists (such as food scientists and technologists, nutritionists, and medical professionals) as well as business leaders and investors in this exciting field.
